Returns Policy

We want your clients and your business to be completely satisfied with every purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day return or exchange period from the date of delivery on all hair extension products, provided they remain in their original ties and packaging, and have not been tampered with.

We recommend inspecting the hair immediately upon delivery and contacting us if you are unsatisfied with the order in any way.

Mane Luxury Hair Extensions do not accept returns after 14 days of receiving your purchase.

What if I want to change the colour?

We understand that selecting the perfect shade can be difficult. For this reason, we offer an exchange process.

Please contact us directly with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. Once we have received your return, we will process your exchange free of charge, provided the replacement item is of equal value.

When is my item not eligible for exchange or swap?

·       If the ties securing the extensions have been removed

·       If more than 14 days have passed since delivery

·       If the hair has been washed, coloured, or altered in any way

·       If the item is marked as final sale

As with all hair extension providers, we cannot accept returns on opened products for hygiene reasons. We are unable to refund or exchange any item that has been tampered with or has had the ties removed.

All returns and exchanges must be approved by our team prior to being sent back.

 

COLLECTION POLICY – MANE LUXURY HAIR EXTENSIONS

At Mane Luxury Hair Extensions, we are a working salon first and foremost. To ensure every client and order receives the attention it deserves, we have a structured collection process in place.

Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared within 24 hours of purchase. While we strive to have them ready sooner, please allow the full 24-hour processing time.

*Please note that orders placed after 3:00 PM will be available for collection after 12:00 PM on Monday. No orders are packed or available for collection on public holidays.

Online Orders Only

All purchases must be made online prior to collection. We do not offer walk-in purchases or on-the-spot packing.

No Walk-Ins for Collection

As we are a busy salon environment, we are unable to accommodate customers arriving without a processed order.

Please do not attend the salon until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Collection Notification

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Collection times will align with salon operating hours.
